Your choice, at the same price. WordPress is easier for you to edit; a custom site is lighter with less to maintain. Switching after the brief is approved counts as a platform change.
How long does it take?
It depends on the package and when I receive your material. The estimated timeline goes in the proposal and starts once I have everything.
What if I need more than 3 revisions?
The 3 included rounds are complete lists of changes. After that, each additional change is quoted separately.
Who owns my site and domain?
You do. Domain, hosting and accounts are in your name; I only hold admin access to do the work.
What does maintenance include?
Updates, backups, monitoring for downtime, SSL and domain, and a monthly report. Higher plans add changes and priority attention.
Do you guarantee I'll show up on Google or sell more?
No. I don't promise results: I commit to a clear, well-built site with sound basic SEO and security practices.
How do I pay?
Via PayPal or Zelle. 30% to start and 70% on completion; the site goes live once payment is complete.
Can the site be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Your site is built in your main language and, if you ask, with a version in the other.
